MALIBU, CA- For the second time in as many nights, the men's volleyball team dropped a five-game decision. Monday night, Long Beach State lost to LaVerne (27-30, 30-25, 30-27, 30-32, 12-15) in the final night of the Millie Severson Tournament hosted by Pepperdine University. Long Beach State is now 0-3 on the year. LaVerne improved to 1-2.
